Harmony & Care simplifies the search after fitting 24-hour care

We find the optimal caregivers for care users with an innovative software tool and academically founded methods of matching. The matching procedure is done via the Harmony Check questionnaire which compares social competences, interests, and affections of caregivers and care users.

In 3 steps to the perfect match

The agency tests all of their caregivers in advance (in their home countries if applicable) and well before the start of the care relationship by sending themthe access code to the Harmony Check. This is done the individually for every care user (or to her loved ones) as well.

Care users fill out the short questionnaire usually with the help of their loved one, withoutstress or time pressure at home.

The agency forwards the care users the compatibility rankings suggesting the best fitting caregivers.

Thank you for your interest in Harmony & Care. Generally, our clients are agencies which are offer 24-hour care at home and which want to offer you a high-quality service. However, it is possible for individuals to make the Harmony Check for a one-time fee of 39€ (+VAT) as a private customer.
